4. How does Car Help work?

Step 1
When you visit a participating mechanic, they will record the obtained diagnostic as they check your car.

Step 2
They will ask you to download the GeoAct Car Help! application.

Step 3
The mechanic will give you a code to enter one time.

Step 4
That’s it! You will be able to see updated info related to your car on your smartphone. Internet connection is necessary.

Step 5
When you have an emergency and use Car Help!, the application will locate you and will send your information to the nearest participating mechanic so they can contact you directly.

Repair dates are estimated and may vary according to the frequency and manner in which the car is driven.

The application may not operate in locations with poor reception, slow internet connection, or any issue attributable to your service carrier.
